All gymnastics, new or returning, are required to fill in a new enrolment form on or before their first training session each year.
The information requested on the form includes contact information and special health issues; to conform with the Club’s Health and Safety Policy it is imperative that forms are completed in full and returned to the office as soon as possible. It is essential that all fields are completed on this form.

Programme Fees vary depending on the programme your child is enrolled in. Please contact the office for details of fees and schedules.
Gymnasts are charged for a 10 week term and fees are expected to be paid by week two of each term. Invoices are sent out at the beginning of each term. We accept payments via cash, cheque and bank deposit.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty please speak to Janet to arrange a payment scheme, as failure to pay will result in a late fee and your child being unable to attend classes.
All payments made are receipted; receipts are available on request.
We do not charge a membership fee as many other clubs do, but do require a small affiliation fee to GymSports NZ that is included in your term fees. This fee goes directly to GymSports NZ.
The cost of the fee reflects the programme your child is enrolled in.
All affiliated clubs in New Zealand are charged and pass on to members the cost of affiliation, either in addition to or included in programme fees.
Affiliation covers the cost of GymSports NZ as our governing body. It covers the cost of administration and development of the gymnastics programmes, coach and judge education, and provides clubs with information and tools to help promote and grow the sport of gymnastics.
